It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Milton Earl Phifer of Sulphur Springs, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on July 11, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Lee Young and Oliver Lacey; and his stepson Bradley Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Allen Phifer; his sons, Milton Phifer, Jr. and Michael Phifer; and his stepdaughter Kayla Vaughn. He is also survived by three siblings, two special siblings, several grandchildren, and numerous extended family and friends.
