He is survived by: his wife Cecily Huggins of Sulphur Springs; his parent Patricia Keels (Larry Keels); his daughters, Vanessa Dawn (Roland Robertson) of Greenville, Elizabeth Michelle Huggins of Sulphur Springs and Britney Paige Huggins Gilliland (Dustin) of Corpus Christi; his grandchildren, Sterling McCoy, Myra McCoy, Rayleigh Gilliland and Easton Gilliland; his brother Timothy Huggins (Tiffany Keels) of Commerce; his nephew Corbin Huggins; and his close friend Andy Do.
