He is survived by: his wife Sherry Elliott Baxter; his children, Kimberle Baxter, David Baxter and Darrell Baxter; his grandsons, Daniel Baxter and Adam Baxter (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Kolten, Ryder, River, Kaise Baxter, Alyza and Neveah Corkill; and his nieces and nephews, Trey Elliott, Joel Elliott, Steve Lawrence, Joe Crouch, Kenneth Goggans, Joe Rorie and Bodi Watkins.
