With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lela Hollis of Sulphur Springs, Texas, who passed away on August 22, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, C. W. Gilbreath and Olga Gilbreath (Kennimer); her husband J. W. Hollis; and her daughter Vickey Steen. She is survived by: her children, Rickey Hollis (Jan), Bobby Hollis and Debbie Hodge; her grandchildren, Heath Hollis (Krystal), Steven Hollis, Carrie Frey (James Cummings), Camille Hollis, Elizabeth Hollis and McKenzie Hollis; and her sister Betty Murphy.
