He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam H. Weaver Sr. and Elvie Ethridge Weaver. He is survived by: his brothers, James Walter, Lester S., Sam H. Jr. and Billy Joe; his wife Frances Stephens Prater Weaver; his children, Johnny Prater (Becky) of Mt. Pleasant, Dwayne Weaver of Pickton, Gail Darrow of Como, Sandy Boyd (Lester) of Como and Jan Kimmel of Como; and his siblings, Mary Frances Beauchamp of Houston and Bobby Weaver of Greenview. He is also survived by 14 grandkids.
