He was predeceased by: his parents, A. B Ardis and Marie Harris Ardis; his former wife Faye Ann Clinton Ardis; and his brother Robert B. Ardis. He is survived by: his wife Nubia Ardis; his daughter Ashleey Martinez of Sulphur Springs; his siblings, Louis Harris Ardis (Patsy) of Sulphur Springs and Mary McMillan of Plano; and his sister-in-law Laura Ardis.
