He is survived by: his friend Bingo; his wife Patsy of Sulphur Springs; his sons, Jeremey Skaggs (Michelle) of Sulphur Springs, Billy Pack (Sherri) of Kilgore and Robert Pack of Las Cruces, NM; his granddaughters, Megan Glover, Mikala Rogers, Hannah Alford (Cort), Beth Watson (Luke), Jennifer Hudson (Richard) and Melissa Pack (Faustino Gonzales); his great grandchildren, Stetsyn Sanchez, Macelyn Sanchez, Alexis Sanchez, Jordan Sanchez, Keith Alford, Aulbree Watson, Brayden Splawn, Jenice Hudson, Bryleigh Hudson, Charlei Hudson, Maisley Hudson and Xayden Pack Gonzales; and his brothers, Ricky Dean Skaggs (Jacquline), William Terry Skaggs (Connie) and Willard Wade Skaggs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
