He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay Daniel and Bertha Naomi Daniel Gulledge (Benefield); his daughter Debra Daniel; his siblings, Hubert Daniel, Jewel Rumfield and Sammie Nell Daniel; and his half-brother Jimmy Gulledge.
He is survived by: his wife Laverne Kenney; his son Steve Daniel (Cyndi); his grandchildren, Trent Daniel (Jessica), Clay Daniel (Mikki) and Dustie Bergeron (Eric); and his great grandchildren, Paiten Daniel, Paige Daniel, Caden Bergeron, Lauren Bergeron, Dylan Daniel, Alison Daniel and Brian Daniel.
