He is survived by: his children, Brittany Straughen and James Dyer; his grandchildren, Braeden Straughan and Peyton Straughan; and his siblings, John Dyer, Deborah McDonald and Kim Ellen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
