He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Belinda; and his children, Greg Martin, Brad Martin of Sulphur Springs, Chad Martin of Huntsville, Rhonda Whittle of Sulphur Springs and Bobby Ramsey. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
