He was predeceased by: his parents, Dial Anderson Moffatt and Emma Aldine Davis Moffatt. He is survived by: his wife Suzy; his sons, Derek Jefferson Moffatt (Jennifer) of Ft. Worth and Jared Andrew Moffatt (Amy) of Van; his sisters, Patricia Lawrence (Trice) and Sue Northrup (David); and his grandchildren, Aidan Moffatt (Hannah), Hope Marsh (Cameron), Michael Moffatt, Grant Moffatt, Royce Moffatt, Jayton Moffatt, Mason Moffatt, Austin Moffatt and Jaxon Moffatt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to the Doulos Ministries, 114 Oak Hollow Lane, Sulphur Springs, Texas.
