He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lynn and Joyce Faye Ennis (Votaw); and his grandson Brandon Jurek. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Joslin; his children, Tasha Jurek (Donald), Renaye Hathcoa and Luke Hathcoat; and his siblings, Jonathan Ennis, Daniel Ennis, Linda McCracker and Rebecca Rampa. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great grandchild.
