It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Lee Fuquay in Sulphur Springs, Texas, born in Wauseon, Ohio, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Merrin and Norma Jean Merrin (Keesling). She is survived by: her husband Zack Fuquay of Mt. Vernon, TX; her children, Tammy (Mark Horton), Tom Conway of Plano, TX, Terry (Amy Conway), Amy (Michael Kinzie) and James David Fuquay of Greenville, TX.; and her brother Timothy James (Connie West). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
