He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hayes and Rena Hayes; his grandson Samuel Charles Stillwagoner; and his siblings, Jerry Hayes and Betty Rose Calloway.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Hayes; his daughters, Traci Kinsey (Jeff) and Nancy Stillwagoner (Rusty); his grandchildren, Hannah Kinsey and Dillon Kinsey (Baile); and his brothers, Clarence and Larry Hayes.
