He is survived by: his fathers, Chad Folmar and Todd Hicks; his fiancé Taeler Schepp; his brother Chandler Folmar; his grandparents, Karen, Jimmy Willis, Gail, Dan Hicks, Linda and John Folmar; his uncles, Brad (Holly Willis), Bill (Sherry Sewell) and Todd Folmar; his aunt Miki (Kris Koon); his siblings, Chloe, Cole Willis and Loryn Willis Meyer (Raeben); his siblings, Kade, Chase Koon, Angelica, Tori, Blake Sewell, Breanna Dean and Chasen Folmar (Kalee); and also, Rhynlee, Rosie and Tilly. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
