He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Meeks of Washington and Essie May Burns Meeks; his sisters, Vera Meeks Nichols (Wren Nichols) and Lorine Meeks Nichols (Ray Nichols); his daughter April Seymore; his wife Amanda Fay Barbour Seymore; and his brother Billy Bob (Loretta Luman Meeks).
He is survived by: his children, Twins, Carrol, Diane Lightsinger, Drucilla Holley, Dale Seymore and Darrell Meeks. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
