We bid farewell to Bill Ladd of Sulphur Springs, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 27, 2024 at the age of 80. Bill touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Ladd and Dortha Ladd (Halford); his wife Kellena Kay Ladd; his siblings, Betty Alice Ladd Hambrick and John Marion Ladd; and his brother-in-law Joe Lynn Morrow.
He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Ladd (Dana) of Mt. Vernon, Blake Ladd of Denton and Bryan Ladd (Katharine) of Farmersville, Texas; his grandchildren, Christian Ladd (Shelby), Jonathan Ladd (Jamie), Jaxson Rothfuss, Liam Ladd, Karlye Ladd and Katelyn Ladd; his great grandchildren, Parker Ladd, Jameson Ladd and Josie Ladd; and his siblings, Alan Ladd (Mary Ellen) and Pat Ladd Morrow.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Murray - Orwosky Funeral Home (876 Wildcat Way, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Shooks Chapel Cemetery.
