He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Raymond and Jonn Julia Chapman (Rogers); his wife Mary Claudene Perkins; and his son David Raymond Chapman. He is survived by: his sons, Lee Chapman Jr. (Diane), John Clinton Chapman and Joe Chapman (Yuko); his grandchildren, Lee "Tres" Chapman III, William Chapman, Isadora Chapman, Pearl Chapman and Jaqlynn Chapman; his great grandchildren, Dani and Genesis Chapman; and his siblings, Scelena Sebastian, Jo Woodard and Claude Chapman.
