He is survived by: his parents, Alfonso Alvarez Sr. and Luz Fiscal; his wife Alyssa Leuzinger; his sons, Jedidiah Alfonso and Malachi Michael; his parents-in-law, Caterina Santocono, Michael Leuzinger and Angie Leuzinger; his brother-in-law Jesse Leuzinger; his siblings, Lupita Flores (Isidro), Jackelyn Ontiveros (Amadeo), Yadria Alvarez, Elena Alvarez, Sara Alvarez and Jesus Alvarez; his niece Nayeli Flores; and his nephews, Ismael Flores, Isai Flores, Mateo Ontiveros and Tevin Devoise Jr..
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Murray - Orwosky Funeral Home (876 Wildcat Way, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
