He is survived by: his children, Tamara Worsham and James Worsham (Roxanne); his grandchildren, Gunnar Livingston (Ali), Braden Livingston and Jordyn Worsham; and his sisters, Kathy Worsham Reeves (Wayne), Allison Jurskis, Ashley Jones and Tripp Reeves.
