He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Richard Fielden, Fred Fielden, Bill Henderson, Scott Henderson, Gerald Fielden, Jr., Marsha Cochran, Sherri Sheffield, Laura Wesson, Allison Phillips, Alicia Henderson and Amy Fielden.
