It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maria Rita Montelongo (Sullivan City, Texas), who passed away on May 13, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lazaro Olivarez and Masedonia Flores; and her husband Dionicio Montelongo. She is survived by: her stepchildren, San Juanita Rivera, Ricardo Montelongo and Ruben Montelongo. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews along with 20 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
