David Hobbs wrote a sympathy message

“My condolences to Jo Beth and his family. Warren and I grew up together in Charlotte, NC. From elementary school through high school, he was one of my closest friends. Many a day we spent playing and competing in sports especially track and field. He was always the better runner. We also shared a love of model cars, airplanes and music. I remember double dates with Warren and Jo Beth and watching their relationship develop. His spirit and friendship will always be with me.”
