She was predeceased by: her parents, Fenner Hazelgrove and Virginia Hazelgrove. She is survived by: her sons, Rick (Jana) and Jerry (Donna); her grandchildren, April Allen, Holly Farkas (Josh), Zach Rizzuto (Mel), Laura Weisman (Jonathan), Melissa Miles (Grant) and Jenny Rizzuto; her great grandchildren, Lincoln Farkas, Grayson Farkas, Aubrey Allen, Brayden Allen, Cole Allen, Roxy Rizzuto, Violet Miles, Starla Miles, Blake Sisco, Lexi Sisco, Ty Sisco and Bliss Weisman; and her husband Frank.
