He was predeceased by: his son David Segura; his parents, Santos Segura and Margarita Segura; and his brothers, Joe Segura, Guillermo "Willie" Segura, Domingo Segura, Francisco Segura and Antonio Segura.

He is survived by: his wife Janie Segura; his children, Anthony Ray Segura (Michelle), Richard Rufus Segura and Cynthia Ann Carmona (Henry); his siblings, Ignacio Segura (Rosemary), Jesse Segura (Lisa), Aurora Segura and Esperanza Gonzalez (Oscar); and his grandchildren, Presley Erin Segura, Lyndsey Rose Segura, Evan Hunter Segura and Camille Elizabeth Beil. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, friends.
