He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his son Jimmy Dolezal (Johanna) of Houston; his brother Tom Dolezal (Julie) of Beeville; his nephews, Evan Dolezal (Desiree) of Plano and Andy Dolezal of Carrollton; his great-nephew Cullen Dolezal; and his great-niece Elise Dolezal of Plano.
