He is survived by: his wife Diane Noto; his children, Faith and Dylan Noto; his mother Marilyn McMurtry; his stepfather L. Alan McMurtry; his brother Dennis Noto, Jr.; his aunt Judith Beebe (Walter); his cousins, Bill, Dawn, Wayne, Tina Beebe, Kenneth Jr., Christina and Nicholas Noto; his parents-in-law, Frank and Betty Le; his siblings-in-law, John Le (Eileen), David Le (Kym), Juliette Tran (Bobby) and Sylvia Austria (James); his nieces and nephews, Brooke Tran, Christian Tran, Sienna Austria, Sabrina Le and Sydney Noto; and his pet Teddy.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, The 100 Club Survivors Fund, or a charity of choice in memory of Mitch.
