He is survived by: his wife Arcelia Rubio; his children, Elvira Rubio, Maria Esperanza Rubio and JJ Jaime Rubio; his father Floriberto Ortiz Rubio; and his siblings, Guadalupe, Miguel Rubio (Maria), Maria Esther (Guadalupe Gonzalez), Maribel (Daniel Fernandez), Floriberto Rubio Jr. (Aurora), Rafael Rubio, Fransisco Rubio and Carlos Rubio. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
