He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Rodriguez; his children, Laurie Rodriguez and Kevin Rodriguez; his sisters, Patsy Rodriguez and Alice DeLeon; his grandchildren, Joshua Garcia, Michaella Garcia, Abbigaile Perez and Ignacio Perez; and his great grandchild Aza Garcia.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davis Greenlawn Funeral Chapels (3900 B F Terry Blvd, Rosenberg, TX 77471). A rosary was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Theresa Catholic Church (705 St Theresa Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77478). A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at the same location.
