With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bonnie Jack Achord (Sugar Land, Texas), born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2025 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie J. Achord Sr. and Maud Nurdin Partrich; and his stepmother Mildred Templet Achord. He is survived by: his wife Karen Reythe Smith Achord; his children, Lewis W. Achord (Lynnette), Lynn M. Achord (Judi) and Laura A. Achord; his brother Robert Joseph Achord (Janice); his grandchildren, Ryan Achord (Kristin), Nichole Bial (Jordon), Tyler Achord (GraceAnn), Alexandra Achord and Mitchell Achord; and his great grandchildren, Charles William, Brooke Wiley, Samantha Marie, Chelsea Adalynn, Aubrey Grace Achord and Brody Michael Bial.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Settegast-Kopf Co (15015 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, TX 77478).
