She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Hill and Lenna Hill (Groom); and her brothers, Theron Hill, Orville Hill, Cloyce Hill and Dale Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Kermit Whitten; and her sister Lynette Burns of Sudan, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church - Sudan (108 Hwy 303, SUDAN, TX 79371).
