He is survived by: his significant other Dora Quiroz (Martinez); his daughters, Selena Gutierrez (Jerardo) of Abilene, TX and Cassandra Quiroz of Omaha, TX.; and his siblings, Alice Valdez of Muleshoe, TX, Rachel Olivas (Joe) of Muleshoe, TX, Oscar Flores of Muleshoe, TX and Bobby Flores (Melissa) of Muleshoe, TX. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
