He is survived by: his wife Elisa Pena; his daughters, Leticia Aguilar of Las Cruces, Elisa Martinez (Lorenzo) of Amarillo, Martha Bourquin (Paul) of Amarillo and Diana Aguilar of Sudan, Texas; and his siblings, Gloria, Martha, Teresa, Leticia, Luis and Adolfo. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
