She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Dvorak and Minnie Zapalac Dvorak; and her husband Orin Milton Pustejovsky. She is survived by: her children, Lois Horton of Hallettsville, Oland "Bubba" Pustejovsky (Lola) of Sublime, Shirley Burton (Dez) of Houston, Marilyn Mayer (Harry) of Liverpool and Dellie Joe Willingham (Butch) of Irving; and her brothers, Daniel and Joseph Dvorak. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
