With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hulen Lee Howell of Streetman, Texas, who passed away on June 23, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Howell and Bernice Howell; his wife Dorothy Howell; and his sister Carolyn Howell Grubbs. He is survived by: his children, Carlton Howell, Charles Sikes (Tonia), Thomas Sikes and Doris Van Dyke; his grandchildren, Christina, Shane Wright, Charles "Bubba" Sikes, Jr., Bobby Powell, Josh Sikes, Bradley Van Dyke and Jason Van Dyke; his nephews, John David Grubbs and Bill Grubbs; and his cousin Jerry Webb. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; 6 great, great grandchildren.
