It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William David Rhea of Stratford, Texas, born in Dumas, Texas, who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Slavin Rhea and Angie Taylor Rhea of Stratford, Texas.. He is survived by: his children, Michael Rhea of Dalhart, Texas and Davia Rhea of Dalhart, Texas; his grandchildren, Alicen and Kreeli Turner; and his sisters, Dena Ward Bayne (Buddy) of Greenville and Dara Ward Maas (Charles) of Amarillo, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
