He was predeceased by: his parents, Mart Crownover and Minnie Crownover (Killebrew); his wife Juanita Barrett; his son Johnny; and his grandson Adam.
He is survived by: his children, Evelyn Wilson (Tim) of Amarillo and Donald Crownover (Nita) of Dumas; his sister Martha Champeau of Amarillo; and his grandchildren, Justin Crownover (Stephanie), Jagee Melton (Larry Dan), David Wilson (Melissa), Kori Moore (Ben), Chassidy Wagnon (Ryan), Chelsea Defries (Trent), Brandi Beeson (Todd), Kylie Villarreal (Angel) and Rebecca Crownover Powell (Jason). He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
