Worth, Tara Simmons (John) of Amarillo and Paige Smith (Kyle); and his grandchildren, Carson Vaughn, Keira Briggs and Matthew Wheeler.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials be sent to the Shriners Children's Hospital or a favorite charity.
