He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herbert Davis and Mary Etta Strong (Burdick); his wife Barbara; his brother Richard Strong of Libson, CT; and his children, George Devirgilio, David Tolbert, Dina Strong of Grimmitt, CO, Liz Stroud of North Carolina and Cathy Regal of Florida. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
