He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamoine Palmer and Fern Palmer (Shipp). He is survived by: his wife June Huggins; and his children, Sabrina Melton (Travis) of Stratford, TX and Jade Palmer (Stephanie). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Beeson~morrison Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Stratford Cemetery.
