He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Stout and Mattibel Stout; and his brother Larry Stout. He is survived by: his son William Stout (Ashley); his grandchildren, Tyler, Jessica, Autumn and Kaylie of Midlothian; and his nieces and nephews, Vanessa Stout of Houston, Randy Stout of Austin, Texas, Hank Stout (Marit) of Houston, Texas and Angela Stout Curley (Adam) of Houston.
