He was predeceased by: his parents, Cezar Kozielski and Sofie Kozielski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kozielski; his stepsons, Kyle Schuenemann (Lacie) and Trevor Schuenemann; and his stepgrandchildren, Ty, Peyton, Haydyn and Taydym.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made out to Gudalupe Regional Medical Center Hospice or donors' choice.
