He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Granado and Louisa Estrada Granado; and his sisters, Gloria May, San Juanita Beltran and Yolanda Granado.
He is survived by: his children, Joni Serna of Fort Worth, Justin Granado of Fort Worth and Joshua Granado of Luling; and his sisters, Esperanza Zapata of Pearsall, Beatriz Martinez of Kenedy and Anna Eldridge of Seguin. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
