He was predeceased by: his father John Henry Milner, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Mary Louise; and his siblings, Johnnie Faye Milner, Mary Ann Milner Peterson (Duane), Linda Louise Milner Eggemeyer, James William Milner, George Wayne Milner and Richard Eugene Kalak, III (Velma). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
