He is survived by: his sister Gussie Franklin; his great grandchild Ashlee Brooke Emery; his wife Brenda Dowlearn-Cotter; his children, Randy Cotter and SuZanne Kimble; his grandchildren, Rochelle, Bobby Lopez, Josh, Jenna Cotter, Joe Rustin Cotter, Shelby Kimble, Tony Peterson, Raylene Zeitler, Craig, Natalie Butler, Laura and Seth Rowoldt; and also, Susan Cotter and Emmit Kimble. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
