He was predeceased by: his parents, Craig Garner and Margaret Garner (Germer); and his siblings, Charlotte, Juanita, Leo and Craig.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Garner; his sons, Leroy Garner (Erin Birdwell) and Richard Garner (Cindy Smith); his grandchildren, Casey Backer, Felicia Nicholas and Desiree Diaz; and his siblings, Janice, Rebecca, Ellen, Rodney and Leonard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
