Hoffman, Richie Hoffman, Trenton Hoffman, Luke Hoffman, Isaac Hoffman, Miles Hoffman, Skylar Conley and Michael H. Hoffman; and his sisters, Cathy Wegeman (Johnny), Jamie Estes and Robby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
