She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Padalecki and Agnes (Skrzycki); her husband John Richter, Sr.; her siblings, Julie Ramzinski (Pete), Virginia Stephenson (Robert), Dorothy Check (Victor) and Leon Padalecki; and her grandsons, Jason Richter and John Paul Richter.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Pawlik, Georgia Koepp (Michael), John Richter Jr. (Deborah) and Donald Richter (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Laurie McIlhany (Brian), Dana Pawlik, Jana Pawlik, Ryan Pawlik, Lisa Clore (Walter), Christopher Koepp (Dawn), Jackie Sralla (Chris), Jenna James (Zach) and Shanna Brantley (Brad); and her siblings, Hubert Padalecki and Rose Lee Cicherski. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Cecilia's honor, may be made to the St. Mary's Catholic Church Building Fund.
