She was predeceased by: her former husband Donald Springer; her siblings, Palmer Bjerke, Oscar Bjerke, Olive Zwieg, Gladys Bull, Helga Finstad, George "Tenny" Bjerke, Gilman Bjerke, Richard Bjerke and Melcom "Max" Bjerke; and her niece Peggy.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Batenhorst. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
