He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard James Binion, Sr. and Melba Jane Binion (Casey); and his niece Evown Brackeen. He is survived by: his sisters, Sammie Butler (David) of Amarillo and Lorene Jewell Cartwright of Amarillo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and countless friends.
